The NATVISATRAVEL.COM website and its associated services and content (collectively “Website”) is owned and operated by Kukalaya, LLC (“Kukalaya”, “our”, “us”, “we”), a Colorado Limited Liability Company. Kukalaya has adopted this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) to inform you (“User(s)”) of your rights and duties when using the Website.

Kukalaya may, from time to time, and reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, limit, change, discontinue, or replace the Website or this Agreement. Your use of the Website after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

NATVISATRAVEL.COM is a website that allows you to apply for a travel document to visit various countries. We facilitate the application process and submit documents on your behalf to the relevant government authorities.

You warrant and agree that you have the right and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. You warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older. If you are under eighteen (18) but at least thirteen (13), you must present this Agreement to your parent or legal guardian for review.

You warrant that any information you provide to Kukalaya and the Website is accurate and valid. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, state, provincial, and international laws, treaties, and regulations.

Additionally, you understand that:

• Applications may need to be processed in separate parts. Failure to complete all parts within thirty (30) days will result in cancellation without refund.
• Kukalaya may edit applications to correct errors, typos, inconsistencies, special characters, or invalid dates.
• Processing time frames are based on experience and not guaranteed. Kukalaya is not responsible for financial damages from delays, including missed flights or hotel fees.

You acknowledge that Kukalaya is the owner of, or has rights in and to, the Website and its associated content, including all intellectual property rights. The Website is protected by all applicable laws.

Kukalaya grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, royalty-free, non-assignable, and revocable license to use the Website for its customary and intended purposes. Violation of this Agreement will result in termination of this license.

All trademarks and copyrights displayed on this Website are the property of their respective owners. All photographs featured on the Website are copyrighted and owned by Kukalaya, unless otherwise stated. The Website, including its look and feel, color selections, layout, and arrangement, is the trade dress of Kukalaya.

Registered Users agree to pay the service fees associated with their visa application. Service fees cover processing, handling, reviewing, and submitting your travel document application(s) to the applicable government. The fee also includes assistance and guidance throughout the application process.

Government fees may or may not be included in the service fee; the fee structure will be displayed prior to payment. Payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe.

If you dispute charges and request a chargeback, Kukalaya will respond with documentation showing that services were provided. If Kukalaya loses the chargeback dispute, you will be requested to repay all fees along with any fees accrued by Kukalaya in the dispute process. If no payment is received, Kukalaya reserves the right to send your account to a collections agency.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that Kukalaya does not own or control. Kukalaya will not be held responsible or liable for the content of third-party websites and their inclusion does not constitute endorsement or affiliation.

You agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Kukalaya, its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, and actions arising out of your use of the Website, violation of this Agreement, or violation of the rights of a third party.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado. The parties agree to personal jurisdiction in Colorado, with venue in Superior, Colorado (Boulder County).
