You can check your application status anytime using our Check Status page. Enter your passport number, date of birth, and email address to see real-time updates on your application, including processing stage, payment status, and approval details.

Processing times vary by destination and visa type. India eVisas typically take 1–3 business days, UK ETAs are usually approved within 72 hours, and Colombia's CheckMig is often processed within minutes. We recommend applying at least one week before your travel date.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption. The total fee includes both the government visa fee and our service fee, with no hidden charges.

Once an application is submitted for processing, government fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the issuing authority. Service fees may be eligible for a refund if the application has not yet been submitted. Please contact our support team for assistance with cancellation requests.

If your application is rejected, review the rejection reasons provided. Common causes include incorrect passport details, non-compliant photos, or incomplete information. In most cases, you can reapply with corrected documents. Our support team can help you understand the rejection and guide your reapplication.

Once approved, your visa or travel authorization is sent directly to your email as a downloadable PDF. You can also access it from your Natvisa dashboard. We recommend printing a physical copy to carry when traveling, as some immigration authorities require it at the port of entry.
